Governed B2B outbound operations

Pipeline built by AI colleagues, approved by you.

AI colleagues research your target accounts, draft personalised outreach and run compliant multi-touch sequences. A named person approves the targeting, messaging and sending domains before anything activates.

The cost of the manual route

The manual route is costly.

What the AI colleagues run

What the operation actually does.

Account Discovery & Enrichment

AI colleagues build and enrich target-account lists against your agreed criteria, adding firmographic and intent signals to prioritise accounts. You approve the list before any account enters a sequence.

Personalised Message Drafting

AI colleagues draft account- and contact-specific outreach from your approved templates and researched context. You own the tone and the brand; nothing sends on a template you have not signed off.

Sequence Execution & Pacing

AI colleagues activate and pace multi-touch sequences across email and other permitted channels, within the sending domains and volume thresholds configured before activation.

Compliance & Deliverability Engine

Consent, suppression and anti-spam constraints are enforced and logged per contact. SPF, DKIM, DMARC and one-click unsubscribe protect the sender, and the engine cannot change a compliance rule without human sign-off.

Response Classification & Routing

AI colleagues classify replies and route qualified responses into your existing sales process, escalating flagged or sensitive replies for a human decision at thresholds you set.

Governance & Audit Console

One control surface for the accountable owner: set escalation thresholds, read the full activity log, and see every contact's basis and approval recorded and immutable to the AI.

From setup to audit

How a campaign runs, end to end.

Campaign setup & approval

You and the accountable owner agree target criteria, templates, sending domains and compliance rules. AI colleagues assemble a candidate account list and draft the messaging. Nothing sends until sign-off is recorded.

Live outbound operation

AI colleagues run the paced sequences within approved parameters, enforcing consent and suppression on each contact and watching deliverability signals. A threshold breach pauses sending and escalates rather than proceeding.

Reply handling & pipeline routing

Inbound replies are classified, and qualified meetings and opportunities are routed into your CRM. Ambiguous or sensitive responses are flagged for a person, and qualified pipeline delivered is measured and reported.

Ongoing governance & audit

The owner reviews performance, flagged replies and the log, then adjusts targeting or messaging and re-approves changes. Compliance rules change only with human sign-off, and the trail records who was contacted, on what basis, under which approvals.

What sets us apart

Why buyers choose a governed operation.

Governance is the operating model

Human supervision of agentic outreach is built in, not bolted on. A named person decides what is sent, to whom, and from where before any campaign activates.

Deliverability protected by design

Unmanaged automation damages the sender and the brand. Authentication, opt-out handling and complaint monitoring are owned by the operator, not offloaded to you.

Measured in qualified pipeline

The work is reported as qualified pipeline delivered, not messages sent. PathWolf makes no promise of closed revenue.

No SDR seat to hire or re-hire

Outbound continuity runs as a governed operation rather than headcount, so a single departure does not break the programme.

An auditable record per contact

Every contact carries the basis on which it was reached and the approvals behind it, giving compliance a trail rather than a guess.

Before you buy

Questions serious buyers ask.

Will AI-drafted outreach sound like our brand?

AI colleagues draft from your approved templates and tone, and the accountable owner signs off the messaging before activation. Brand representation stays with a named person, not the model.

Does approval add work instead of removing it?

You sign off each campaign once, then AI colleagues run it within those bounds. Only threshold breaches and flagged replies come back to you, so review does not become a queue.

How do you protect our sending domain?

SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication and one-click unsubscribe are applied, and the spam-complaint rate is monitored against the 0.3% Google/Yahoo February 2024 threshold. A breach pauses sending rather than risking future deliverability.

Which compliance rules do you enforce?

Consent, suppression and anti-spam constraints are applied per contact against CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CASL, with the basis and approval recorded for each. The rules are immutable to the AI and change only with human sign-off.

What happens if a send falls outside approved parameters?

Any send outside approved parameters, or any contact that fails the agreed criteria, is blocked and escalated rather than executed. Threshold breaches pause the operation until a human decides.

How is this different from an appointment-setting agency?

An agency bills a retainer for variable-quality meetings. PathWolf runs a governed operation you approve, reports qualified pipeline delivered, and keeps an auditable record of who was reached and why.

Can AI colleagues send without human approval?

No. AI colleagues cannot send outside approved parameters, cannot add contacts that fail the agreed criteria, and cannot alter a compliance rule. Humans govern; AI operates.

What exactly do you measure and report?

Qualified pipeline delivered and routed into your CRM, alongside a per-contact record of basis and approvals for compliance review.

We are early-stage with no SDR. Is this for us?

Yes. PathWolf suits B2B companies that sell to defined accounts but cannot justify a fully-loaded SDR seat. You approve the programme rather than operate it, so you are not the bottleneck on demand generation.

Who is accountable for compliance and the brand?

An accountable human approves the target list, messaging, sending domains and compliance rules, sets escalation thresholds, reviews flagged replies, and owns brand representation throughout.

Straight about what is proven and what is not.

What we don't claim

PathWolf makes no promise of closed revenue, and no guarantee of meetings or quota attainment.

Unit economics against the in-house route and sustained deliverability are still being proven with early design partners. We would rather show you the evidence than forecast a figure we cannot yet stand behind.

A venture of Cohort Ventures

PathWolf is an AI-born venture of Cohort Ventures, built and domiciled in the DIFC, with human accountability for compliance and brand kept explicit throughout.

PathWolf holds no security certification and offers no availability guarantee; what it offers is a named person accountable for every approval and an auditable record behind every contact.
